Что нужно сделать, чтобы при создании нового файла Dreamweaver выводил по умолчанию не

Проверил все меню, но ничего не наш?л. Приходится вручную исправлять: File=>Convert=>HTML-4.01 Transitional, а затем приходится менять кодировку. И это поисходит при создании любого файла (HTML, PHP). Ладно DOCTYPE, но при исправлении кодировки на windows-1251, она по-прежнему оста?тся utf-8.

Ну, не знаю как в cs3, а в старой версии 8-ой когда создаешь новый файл там есть возможность самому доктайп выбирать, да и в настройках по умолчанию можно выставить кодировку какую тебе надо.:)
