Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

зашёл в PhpMyAdmin с данными root и root,
потом открыл консоль и почему не создаёт БД?
